Royal Unova Extra 3: Lance's Journal, continuedMarch sixth, 1534
I visited Nacrene today. I was born in that city, and I think it will always be my home, yet I can only shake my head as I walk along the roads I thought I knew so well. In my streets, people starve, and my own family is nowhere to be found. I fear the worst, and I blame myself for being unable to protect them. Was I really so blind in the days when I traveled as to not notice them vanish? I can only cling to the hope that they are not dead at all. In these times, after all, if one does not have hope, one does not have anything.
April twenty first, 1534
I'm trying with all my power to help Nacrene right now, but they've grown stubborn, insisting that their petty arguments with nearby towns mean that they cannot accept help from them. Do they not understand that they're going to die if they don't accept help? They will not even accept the help of their King, choosing instead to brush me to the side. Steven has broken them so. I cannot forgive that man, no matter how ha
Royal Unova: A nuzlocke: Chapter twentyAlexander would have been lying if he said he didn't feel at least a bit betrayed. He sat in his room, on the single bed, staring at the notebook he had placed on his lap. The room itself wasn't in the best condition, despite being one of the pricier options in the inn. The floor and walls were covered in a thick layer of dust and his bedside table was rather wobbly, but that didn't matter too much to him. All that truly mattered was having a bed, after all.
He sighed and stood, taking the book in his hands and beginning to pace, still staring at the small bundle of paper. Eventually, his sense of loneliness became far too persistent for comfort, so he released his pokemon.
Neige yelped loudly and leaped onto the bed, tail wagging excitedly. Alexander offered her a weak smile, attempting to make it took convincing. It didn't work too well, but the herdier seemed to accept it. Peter sat on the bed next to Neige, fiddling with his long, red, tail. Alexander hadn't been using the monkey m
Blaze and Zero's adventures in Kawaii land"The hell just happened?" Zero grumbled, sitting up. His back ached and he felt something solid and bony beneath him.
"mmphm!" Blaze exclaimed into the ground.
Zero grinned, "Oh, Blaze-senpai, I always thought you'd be the one on top," he cooed.
Blaze rolled over, sending Zero to the ground, "Shut up. Where are we?" he scanned their surroundings. They were surrounded by what appeared to be giant lollipops, "and, more importantly, what was in those drinks?"
Zero grinned, crawling back towards him, "In your dreams, Blaze, always with me."
When he grew too close for comfort, Blaze stood up and began to walk away, "How about no? I'm actually serious. What's going on?"
Zero rose to his feet, "Actually, I have no idea," he scanned the area, "but we can probably ask those guys," he motioned to a black mass moving towards them. A loud buzzing sound could be heard even from where they stood, perhaps a hundred yards away.
"Yes, let's ask the scary black mass."
"We're in a land of lollipops, I wo
Royal Unova: A nuzlocke: Chapter nineteen"Alexander!" Alexander heard a familiar voice sound behind him. He whirled around to find Bianca grinning ear-to-ear before him, "thank Arceus I found you."
Emma looked from him to his friend and grinned as well. Alexander blinked, "Ah, right, Bianca, this is Emma, she helped me look for you. More importantly, where did you run off to?"
Bianca flinched, motioning around her. Their current surroundings didn't seem all that interesting; just some more irrelevant houses that meant absolutely nothing to him. These ones were among the taller in the city, but still, nothing too interesting. He turned to her to ask her for an explanation, carefully forming a witty, magnificent, hilarious retort in his mind. He smiled at his genius, "What?" He cursed inwardly. He'd never been good at being very clever.
Bianca laughed, "When I couldn't find you, I came to town. I, uh, met the Warrior here."
Alexander raised an eyebrow, "Another one? Goodness Bianca, developing a talent for that aren't-" he cut
Royal Unova: A nuzlocke: Chapter eighteenOpelucid was even louder than usual as Grimsley and Aaron made their way through the city on their way to the home of an old friend of Grimsley's. His umbreon was on edge, eyeing every last person that happened to come too close. As always, Grimsley wished desperately that the pokemon would occasionally stop in its duties as his guard, but he knew insisting such things was useless. If anything, the umbreon was good for warding off merchants who may have hounded him if not for the glares the pokemon shot them if they got too close.
Grimsley felt incredibly awkward walking through the streets, as he was used to traveling my carriage and the like. He'd chosen to walk out of impulse, and he had quickly come to regret the decision, wishing he'd simply done what he normally did. He glanced back towards the palace to find that it was out of sight. Grimsley shrugged, " I suppose I walked further than I thought. No point turning back now, right, Aaron?"
The umbreon shook its head absently, not
Royal Unova: A nuzlocke: Chapter seventeenBianca stared at the man in front of her in amazement. He wore a smug expression as he waited for her to respond to him. Bianca faltered and realized his hand was still extended. She shook it hesitantly, giggling weakly. The people around them had begun to disperse, leaving them alone.
"I-I'm sorry, sir, I didn't mean to insult you!" she exclaimed.
He waved a dismissive hand, "Not at all; I probably deserve to be told off in such a way, I-"
"No, not at all, you deserve to be-" she was cut off by a sharp glare from Atilio.
"As I was saying, I am surrounded by people who do nothing but praise me," he stood, helping her to her feet, "if it weren't for you, that man would be dead, and I would blame myself for it, so I thank you."
Bianca was still incredibly flustered, "I- it's not, um, you're welcome."
He smiled, "Perhaps you could tutor me?"
Bianca stared, wide-eyed, "I don't think that is possible. It's just that I'm traveling a lot and I wouldn't really have the time, and I'm not qualif
Royal Unova: A nuzlocke: Chapter sixteen
As they searched for Bianca, Alexander began to lose hope. Simone hovered in front of him, but looked uncertain. As the sun began to set and the sky became dark, Alexander stopped and stared at his swoobat, who avoided eye contact. After a moment the pokemon gave in and landed on his trainer's shoulder, bowing his head.
Alexander sighed and sank to the ground, releasing his other pokemon, "You didn't really find Bianca, did you, Simone? You acted as if you had to please me," the swoobat did not make a sound, instead choosing to bow its head further. Alexander sighed, "I'm not angry, just disappointed. Either way," he looked at the rest of his team, "we'll be spending the night in the forest it seems."
Balthazar shook his head irritably, looking displeased with his surroundings. Simone continued to avoid eye contact, focusing instead on his wing. Anne, his palpitoad smiled happily and swayed to and fro, obviously unconcerned about their fate. Neige looked happy as ever as she quickly cu

The size of the ballroom surprised Ava greatly in that was absolutely tiny compared to the last. The windows were made of plain, thin glass and the majority of the dim light was produced by chandelure. The ghost-type pokemon floated along, humming eerily to the tune of the music. Chandelure cries, in the past, had been known to drive men mad, but these pokemon seemed rather docile. At most, it made the place feel haunted.
Ava was led to a table immediately adjacent to the dance floor, which was empty. People were still at their own tables, concentrated partially on their meals, but mostly on idle gossip. Ava cringed as she stared at them, realizing just how much she stood out.
Through many, many battles with her pokemon, she had been able to purchase a second dress to offer more of a variety, figuring that attending too many balls in the same attire would come off as odd. What she bought was a simple light blue gown, which she figured would allow her to fit in without standing out too
Trorru-kun and the kawaii-desuTrorru-kun was always the most kawaii-desu troll in all the land. Even the most majestic of unicorns envied her. She pranced around all day and night, not a care in the world. But then, one day, her senpai came to inform her of some terrible news.
"Trorru-kun," he murmured, "there is grave news. The evil bishie troll overlord is robbing the land of all its kawaii!"
Trorru-kun gasps, "What must I do senpai?"
Wolfu-senpai frowned, "You must harness the power of kawaii to destroy the evil bishie troll."
"I will do my best Wolfu-senpai!" she exclaimed, sparkles flying in all directions as she stood to leave.
"But wait!" Wolfu-senpai interrupted.
"What is it, senpai?"
"N-no, it is not the right time. Go on, save the world with your kawaii-desu!"
And so Trorru-kun rode the magical candy train to rainbow mountain and climbed to its summit. Meanwhile, evil bishie troll watched on in amusement, for he doubted the power of Trorru-kun and kawaii-desu, but he was a fool.
Trorru-kun sparkled as she
A Week Of KissesA Week Of Kisses
The first day I told you I loved you,
I imagined kissing your shoulder,
Well before I thought about your lips.
Because I don’t know what I am doing, firstly,
But more importantly,
It’s because I know things can spiral quickly,
If things start shifting
After we lay down the concrete.
So I kiss the foundation,
Before we reach the soil.
The second day I told you I loved you,
I imagined kissing your elbow,
Because it holds together the touch
And the flex.
To exhibit it,
I must kiss the joint that bends
And combines us together.
The third day I told you I loved you,
I lay my lips to your temples,
As I learned about the temple of reform,
For the Youth in North America.
Kissing you there signifying I will protect you,
As well as your temple,
As we re-form, into something more.
The fourth day I told you I loved you,
I’d kiss you softly on your forehead.
Because that’s what holds your brillian
